What are microgreens?

Microgreens are young vegetable greens harvested within 7-14 days, just after two leaves have developed from the seed. Microgreens are about 3 - 4 inches in size.

They are mostly organically produced. They are nutrient-dense, offering much higher concentrations of vitamins (C, E, K, and B-complex), minerals (iron, magnesium, zinc) and anti-oxidants.

Microgreens should be consumed raw for best benefits. Microgreens are loaded with flavors and can elevate any culinary creation due to their unique flavors and colors.

What are mushrooms?

Mushrooms are the fleshy, spore-producing "fruiting bodies" of fungi, appearing above ground on soil or food sources, much like a plant's fruit.

Oyster mushrooms and button mushrooms are edible and rich in nutrients, and can have multiple uses in healthy cooking and traditional medical remedies.

Edible mushrooms bring a healthy earthy taste to your kitchen.  They are an effective culinary ingredient for vegetarian cuisines.
